At Sunday Fate, we take pride in the meticulous curation of our natural crystals. Each order undergoes a dedicated selection and manual picking process to ensure the energy and quality align with your soul's journey.

1. Shipping Rates & Estimates

  • Domestic & International Shipping: We primarily ship via UPS and USPS to ensure reliable and trackable delivery.
  • Free Shipping: We are delighted to offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $59 USD.
  • Standard Shipping: For orders under $59 USD, shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

2. Processing Time (Curation Period)

Each design involves selecting from hundreds of unique beads. Because manual curation requires time and intention:

  • Queue Time: Orders are processed in the sequence they are received. Current total queue time is typically less than 3 days.
  • Picking & Assembly: Once picking begins, we commit to a processing time of less than 48 hours.
  • Total Processing Window: Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be curated and handed over to the carrier.

3. Sizing & Natural Variations

  • Sizing Tolerance: Natural crystal beads have a standard deviation of +/- 0.4mm. For example, a 10mm bead may range between 9.6mm and 10.4mm. Our team hand-picks the most consistent sizes for your specific design.
  • Natural Characteristics: Please remember that Sunday Fate crystals are 100% natural. Internal "cotton" inclusions, ice fissures, or minor surface pits are marks of nature and are not considered quality defects.

4. How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Sunday Fate is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damages & 48-Hour Appreciation Period

If you receive your order and notice any damage or issues:

  • You must contact us at hello@sundayfate.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Please include your order number and photos of the item’s condition and the original packaging.
  • Our team will work swiftly to provide a hassle-free return or exchange to ensure your satisfaction.
