1. Order Processing Time
We know you are excited to receive your unique creation! Every piece is handled with professional care:
- ✨ Standard Items: Processed within 2-3 business days.
- 🎨 Custom Designs: Each handmade bracelet requires 3-5 business days for professional crafting and quality inspection.
- 🕒 Note: Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.
2. Shipping Estimates & Rates

3. Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking number. The ID becomes active within 24-48 hours.
4. Duties & Taxes
All customs fees, tariffs, and taxes imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Shipping Restrictions
- We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
- Please double-check your address. Sunday Fate is not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
6. Damages & Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at:
- Please save all packaging material and photos of the damaged items.
- Our support team will respond within 24 hours (Mon-Fri).
