How much is a customized bracelet?
All crystal beads are priced individually so it's best to check the individual listings my store.
You can easily change the prices to your local currency by scrolling all the way to the bottom of the page.
Can I have a free customized bracelet?

How do I change what currency the price is displayed?
Scroll to the very bottom on the page, you will see a drop-down menu to select your local currency.
Orders & Payments
Changing or Cancelling an order
When purchasing an order please double check that your postal address is correct.
If the package is lost because of this reason, it will be your responsibility to order a replacement.
If you realised you've made a mistake or need to change the shipping address then please email hello@sundayfate.com as soon as possible.
If you're order hasn't been dispatched then it can easily be changed.
Promotional Terms and Conditions
All items in the sale category, One-Of-A-Kind Crystals and Large Crystals are final sale and cannot be returned. Discount codes and promotions cannot be combined or stacked upon one another; only one can be used per order. Discount codes and promotions are not valid onsubscription items.

How long before my order is dispatched?
We know you are excited to receive your unique creation! Every piece is handled with professional care:
✨ Standard Items: Processed within 2-3 business days.
🎨 Custom Designs: Each handmade bracelet requires 3-5 business days for professional crafting and quality inspection.
🕒 Note: Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free to all orders over $39.
For orders under $39 shipping is based on what it costs from Royal Mail. No profit is added on to the shipping cost.
How long will it take until I receive my order?
After dispatch, transit times are typically 7-15 Business Days within the continental US.
Can I track my package?
Yes, very order is sent with tracked shipping, so you are able to see its progress with the information provided.
If the item states that it is 'in transit' please be assured that it is on its way and it will get to you eventually. Your patience with this is greatly appreciated.
Please note that I am not able to see any more information than you are.
Why is it taking longer than usual for my order to arrive?
Once the package has been picked up and transferred to the shipping provider, Sunday Fate is no longer responsible for other delays that may occur.
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. We recommend following your tracking closely to stay informed regarding the whereabouts of your order. If you are on a deadline or a strict timeline, we highly recommend looking into expedited shipping options, as even if you live locally, there are significant delays with ground shipping.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your crystal energy! See below for details on our return policy.
Do you offer returns?
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How do I start the return process?
To request a return:
1. Head to our website and log into your account.
2. Navigate to the order you wish to return and click on it.
3. In the upper right hand corner, there will be a “Request Return” button.
4. Click on the button and fill out the questions to follow.
5. Once you finish, our customer service team will review your request and either approve or deny it.
If your return is approved, you will receive instructions and a shipping label to send back your merchandise to our warehouse.
Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact customer service immediately. All damages must be reported to our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your product.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, and it has been processed, we will refund your original method of purchase. Please note, returns do take us 3-10 business days to process upon reaching our facility to process - they are logged into our system every Thursday.
Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.
Gifting Sundayfate
Pay with Gift Cards
Gift cards can be redeemed during checkout. When filling out your payment information, place your gift code in the gift card or discount code box, and hit apply. Once you click “APPLY”, your total will be adjusted.
Gift Receipt
We do not include an invoice or receipt in any packaged order that is shipped out. If your package is a gift, they will not receive any information about the value of the package contents.
