Refund policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: [No. 870, Guangcong 8th Road, Zhongluotan Town, Baiyun District, Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province, 510550, China.] Please note: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Due to the delicate and fragile nature of natural crystals, please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective or damaged, you must contact us at hello@sundayfate.com within 48 hours of delivery.
To process a claim, please provide:
- Clear photos of the damaged crystal.
- Clear photos of the original shipping box and all packaging materials.
Claims made after the 48-hour window or without original packaging photos may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Return Shipping & Quality Standards
- Standard Returns: For non-quality related returns (such as change of mind), customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Quality Issues: Sunday Fate will cover return shipping costs only for verified quality defects, incorrect items, or severe damage during transit. Please contact us at hello@sundayfate.com within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a claim.
Natural Stone Disclaimer: > Please note that Sunday Fate deals exclusively in natural crystals. Each stone is a unique product of the earth; therefore, natural inclusions, internal textures, minor "ice cracks," or slight surface mineral pits are inherent characteristics of the stone and are not considered quality defects. These features are a testament to the stone's natural origin and do not affect its energetic properties.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
